Democrat Jones not conceding race for Arkansas governor until ‘every vote’ counted

Democratic gubernatorial candidate Chris Jones has addressed supporters in downtown Little Rock several times tonight, but so far, he has not conceded despite the Associated Press calling the race for Republican Sarah Huckabee Sanders shortly after the polls closed at 7:30 p.m.
